Martin Malinowski

Martin grew up at the coast of the Baltic Sea and started early with regatta and pleasure sailing. He has a keen passion for all yachting, aviation and car related matters.​

 

Martin studied law at the universities of Bayreuth, Hamburg and Cape Town where he obtained his Master in Shipping Law. This specialisation was intensified by practice in distinguished shipping law firms, a major international shipping/yacht P&I insurer and German port authority

 

In 2012 Martin joined the international shipping law firm Ince & Co. where he followed the path from Associate to Salary Partner​.

  

As early having specialised in his today key expertise, he jointly with his Partner Julia  co-headed the yachting and business aviation unit at Ince & Co’s Hamburg office.

 

From September 2020 onwards the comprehensive services for yachts/superyachts, private/business aircraft and vintage/exclusive cars are  continued to be offered by Upwind Legal.
